The delivery time for an order is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: 1–2 business days

• Estimated shipping time after shipment:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: typically 7–18 business days, depending on the destination

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, customs processing, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside HaloCalm’s reasonable control.

B. Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods are displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping service.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the available tracking information.

C. Shipping Fees

Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping service.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
