How To Use

Wash your face and gently pat dry before treatment.
Step 2 — Power On
Press and hold the MODE button for 1.5 seconds to turn on the device.
Step 3 — Select Your Mode
Short press the MODE button to cycle through:
CLEAN → BOOST → LIFTING → EYE CARE → COOL
Step 4 — Adjust Intensity
Press the LEVEL button to select your preferred intensity:
Level 1 → Level 5
Start with a lower level if you are new to EMS or heat-based skincare.
Step 5 — Complete Your Routine

How long should each treatment last?
The recommended treatment time is approximately four minutes per mode. Sensitive skin should begin with one to two minutes at the lowest intensity and increase gradually according to comfort.
Can I use the M4 every day?
Usage frequency depends on the selected mode:
- CLEAN: daily when needed
- BOOST: morning and evening
- LIFTING: two to three times per week
- EYE CARE: morning and evening
- COOL: as needed
Reduce the treatment time or frequency if your skin is sensitive.
What skincare products should I use with each mode?
- CLEAN: use a cotton pad with toner or cleansing water
- BOOST: use toner, lotion, serum, cream or lightweight facial oil
- LIFTING: use a gel or thick serum
- EYE CARE: use a thin layer of eye cream or eye gel
- COOL: use on clean skin or over a lightweight skincare product
Avoid products with a very high oil content, as they may affect conductivity.
Is tingling during EMS normal?
Mild tingling, tapping or gentle muscle movement can be normal during EMS use. If the sensation feels uncomfortable, reduce the intensity and make sure there is enough skincare product between the device and the skin.
Why does COOL Mode feel less cold after repeated use?
The TEC cooling system need time to recover between sessions. Turn off the device and allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes before activating COOL Mode again.
Small amounts of condensation may occur because of the temperature difference and are normal. Wipe the treatment head dry after use.
How do I clean and charge the device?
After each use, turn off the device and wipe the treatment head with a slightly damp cotton pad or soft cloth. Do not immerse the device in water.
Use the supplied USB charging cable with a compatible 5V/1A power adapter. A full charge takes approximately three to four hours.
Can sensitive skin use the M4?
Sensitive skin may use the device cautiously, beginning at Level 1 with shorter sessions and reduced frequency. Do not use the device on damaged, inflamed, infected or sunburned skin.
Stop use immediately if persistent redness, pain, burning or an allergic reaction occurs.
What warranty does the M4 include?
The HaloCalm M4 includes a one-year limited warranty for qualifying manufacturing defects under normal use, together with lifetime customer support.
